Length: 2.5 miles, off-road route
Grade: Relatively flat in Slater Park. Rolling in new southern segment.
Trail condition: Excellent, given new construction.
Special characteristics: One of the few bike paths not built on the alignment of a former rail corridor, meaning the path has more hills and curves than most bike paths. Although short, it is a highly scenic ride.
Natural attractions nearby: Slater Park, walking paths.
Historical attractions nearby: Historic Dagget House, built in 1685, and 1894 Loof Carousel. Carousel open July - September.

Directions: Take 95 into Massachusetts and take 1st exit, Exit 2A. Follow Rte. 1A south. Take left onto Armistice Boulevard and park entrance is on right. Or, follow south on Rte. 1A and entrance is on left.
